Volunteers needed for our Friday Fair Trade stalls in Seaton Park this summer!

Aberdeen for a Fairer World is keen to find volunteers to help with our stalls in Seaton Park – they will take place every Friday from 10 am – 2pm, until the end of August.

Shifts would be from 9:30am – 12 noon or 12 noon – 2:30pm, with breaks as needed.

We also desperately need assistance with the transport of stock between our Victoria Street office and Seaton Park, so please get in touch if you would be able to take a few boxes and a member of staff to and/or from any of the stalls.

Volunteers would assist an AFW staff member with running the stall: moving stock, informing customers about our products, handling payments, etc. Volunteers would be expected to supply their own food/drink, but will be given a snack and coffee/tea during their shift and can arrange breaks with the staff member.

If you are free and interested in helping promote Fair Trade and learning more about the subject, please get in contact with our Fair Trade Officer, Nicholas Care, at mdec.nicholas@btconnect.com

And even if you can’t help with these roles, come and visit the stall to buy some fantastic Fair Trade goodies!
